1. I want to call somebody abroad. How does your service work?
Choose a number that you want to call abroad. Either a landline or a mobile. Tell us what the number is. In exchange we will give you a UK mobile phone number to call e.g 07998 111 222. Every time you call this number your call will be automatically diverted to your destination number free of charge. You only pay for the call to 07998 111 222. Depending on which network you are with you can call 07998 111 222 for free using your free cross network minutes so in effect you are making an international call for free.
We don’t charge you by the minute for diverting calls abroad. Just choose a package and pay a flat rate monthly fee to use our service and make unlimited calls.
3. How many diverts can I set up to numbers abroad?
You can set up divert numbers to as many numbers abroad as you want. If we don’t have a package that suits your needs call customer services and we can tailor make a package to suit you.

4. Can I set up a divert to a mobile phone number abroad?
Diverts can be set up to landlines or mobiles in over 160 different countries. See our list of destination countries or call customer services for an up to date list.
6. Can I save the divert numbers that I’m given and use them again?
Once you are issued with a divert number it is yours to keep. You can store it in your mobile and dial it again and again to get through to the destination number to which the divert has been set up.
10. I have free cross network minutes from my current mobile phone provider. Can I use them to call one of your divert numbers and call abroad?
You can use your free cross network minutes on our service if you are with selected mobile phone operators. For an updated list of operators who allow you to call our divert numbers for free using your cross network minutes, please call customer services.
11. Which mobile network operator do I need to be with to use your service?
You can be with any UK mobile operator to use our service. However only some of the UK mobile operators will allow you to use your free cross network minutes to call our divert numbers for free. For an up to date list of these operators please call customer services.
12. I have free cross network minutes with my pay as you go package. Can I use them on your service to call abroad or do I have to be a pay monthly customer?
You will need to contact our customer services for further information.
13. I have been charged by my mobile phone operator for calling one of your divert numbers. Why?
You have either run out of free cross network minutes to make the call or your operator does not allow you to call our divert numbers using your inclusive cross network minutes. If you are unsure as to if calls to our divert numbers are free from your mobile, you can call our customer services team who will issue you with a test divert number.
At the time of opening their account your friend will have to tell us that they have been recommended by you. They will need to give us your full name and address as it appears on our system or your client I.D. You and your friend will then receive cash back in the post or by another method as advised by the operator who opens your account. The operator will also advise you of the approximate time it will take for you to receive your cash back reward.
17. I want to become an agent. What do I do, and how much commission do I make?
To become an agent contact customer services. Once you have been approved you will be issued with your own unique agent code. The role of one of our agent’s is to only briefly explain to a customer how our service works and introduce them to us by getting them to call us via our customer services number to open an account. At the point of opening an account with us the customer should quote the agent’s individual “agent code.”
The result will be that the customer will receive cash back for joining up with us and the agent will receive a cash based commission. For full agent commission rates and rates for cash back incentives to customers joining us via an agent, please contact customer services.
